Actions you can take when you have multiple tickets selected. 

They include the following:

Assign: Assigns tickets to agents
Close: Changes ticket status to closed
Bulk update: Alters the ticket properties and sends across bulk replies
Merge: Merges all selected tickets
Link: Links similar tickets to a tracker located based on ticket ID, contact or subject
Scenarios: Executes scenario automation rules on the selected tickets
Spam and Delete: Removes unwanted tickets
