Canned Responses are predefined templates that can be used to quickly respond to customer queries. You can create your own canned responses or use existing ones created by an admin. To insert a canned response in your ticket reply, click on the icon in the menu at the bottom of your reply editor. You can access Canned Responses by going to Settings > Canned responses > New canned response.
