Scenario Automation lets you perform multiple actions on a ticket with a single click. You can create your own scenario automation rules or insert existing ones created by an admin. You can access Scenario Automation by going to Settings > Scenario Automation. To execute a scenario, on the ticket details page, click on the ‘more’ button on the top menu and then click on “Execute scenarios”. Scenario automations can also be executed as a part of bulk actions.
